Accommodation: 09 Nights stay in comfortable 3-star, 3-Star Deluxe/4-star hotels, , (Srinagar, Kargil, Leh, Nubra Valley & Pangong Lake).
Meal Plan: Daily Breakfast and Dinner (MAP Plan) at all hotels.
Transfers & Transportation: Private Non-AC / AC vehicle as per group size for all airport transfers, sightseeing, and inter-city travel as per the itinerary.
In 3-Star & 3-Star Deluxe Option: 1-3 Pax will be provided as SUV Ertiga, 4-5 Pax will be provided as SUV Innova Crysta, and 6-12 Pax will be provided by Tempo Traveler.
In 4-Star Option: Transportation will be provided as follows: 1-2 Pax will be provided as SUV Ertiga, 2-4 Pax will be provided by SUV Innova Crysta, and 5-12 Pax will be provided by Tempo Traveler.
Shikara Ride: 1-Hour complimentary Shikara ride on Dal Lake in Srinagar.
Ladakh Permits: All required inner-line permits and wildlife/environmental fees for restricted areas in Ladakh (Nubra Valley, Pangong Lake, Khardung La, Chang La).
Driver Expenses: Driver allowance, toll taxes, parking fees, state taxes, and fuel charges.
Assistance: 24/7 on-call customer support and airport representative assistance upon arrival and departure.

Airfare / Flights: Any domestic or international flight tickets (to/from Srinagar or Leh) are not included.
Lunch & Snacks: Lunches, snacks, mineral water, and additional beverages throughout the tour (only Breakfast and Dinner are included).
Entry Fees & Permits for Monuments: Entrance fees to museums, gardens, historical monuments, monasteries, and environmental/fee charges unless specified.
Adventure Activities & Rides: Costs for optional activities such as the Gulmarg Gondola ride, pony rides, camel rides at Hunder, river rafting, skiing, or hiring local guides/ponies.
Union Vehicles in Pahalgam and Gulmarg.
Personal Expenses: Laundry, telephone calls, room service, shopping, tips to drivers/hotel staff, and any other items of a personal nature.
Travel Insurance: Personal travel insurance, medical evacuation, or coverage for baggage loss/delay.
Emergency Expenses: Costs incurred due to flight cancellations, road blockages, landslide delays, political disturbances, or medical emergencies beyond our control.
Vehicle Restrictions: AC of the vehicle will not operate in hilly and mountainous regions due to steep climbs and vehicle load.

High Altitude & Acclimatization: This tour reaches high-altitude regions (ranging from 2,500m to over 5,300m at Khardung La and Chang La). Travelers are strongly advised to stay hydrated, avoid overexertion upon arrival in Leh, and give their bodies time to acclimatize. Consult a doctor beforehand if you have respiratory or heart conditions.
ID & Documentation: All travelers must carry a valid government-issued photo ID (Passport for foreign nationals; Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, or Passport for Indian citizens) along with passport-size photographs for Ladakh inner-line permits.
Weather & Clothing: Mountain weather can be unpredictable. Even during summer, evenings get cold, so travelers should pack heavy woolens, thermal innerwear, windproof jackets, sunglasses, and sturdy walking/trekking shoes.
Connectivity: Postpaid mobile connections (especially BSNL, Jio, and Airtel) generally work best in Srinagar and Leh, but network coverage may be limited or entirely unavailable in remote areas like Nubra Valley, Pangong Lake, and during mountain pass transits.
Itinerary Flexibility: Due to heavy snowfall, landslides, roadblocks, or adverse weather conditions, routes or schedules may be subject to change for safety reasons. Any extra costs incurred due to such delays will be borne by the traveler

Clothing & Layers: Pack warm layers, as temperatures can drop drastically, especially at high-altitude passes and lakes. Include thermal innerwear, heavy woolens, sweaters, a windproof and waterproof jacket, fleece jackets, comfortable trousers, and comfortable walking socks.
Footwear: Sturdy, ankle-supportive trekking or hiking shoes with good grip for walking on uneven terrain, loose sand at Hunder, and snowy or rocky mountain paths, plus extra pairs of warm socks.
Sun Protection: High-altitude sun is extremely strong. Bring high-SPF sunscreen, UV-protected sunglasses (essential for snow glare at high passes and Pangong Lake), and lip balm.
Medications & First Aid: Personal prescription medications, motion sickness pills (for winding mountain roads like Zojila and Khardung La), headache medicine, altitude sickness support (Diamox, consult a doctor), band-aids, and basic personal first aid.
Documentation: Valid government-issued photo ID (Passport, Aadhaar Card, or Voter ID) and multiple passport-size photographs for Ladakh inner-line permits and hotel check-ins.
Accessories & Gadgets: Power banks (as cold temperatures drain phone batteries quickly), extra camera batteries, a reusable water bottle to stay hydrated, and a small daypack for daily excursions.
