Transportation

Private air-conditioned transportation is provided throughout the tour according to group size:

• 1–3 travellers: Sedan (Toyota Etios, Dzire or similar).
• 4–5 travellers: Toyota Innova or similar, subject to passenger and luggage capacity.
• 6 or more travellers: Urbania or similar.

All transportation includes a professional driver. Local English-speaking guides join guests for scheduled sightseeing in Delhi, Agra and Jaipur but do not accompany guests during intercity transfers.

Important Information

• International travellers must carry a valid passport and obtain an appropriate Indian visa where required.
• Monument entrance fees are excluded unless specifically mentioned in the selected booking option.
• The Taj Mahal remains closed to general visitors every Friday.
• Sightseeing arrangements may be adjusted according to monument opening hours, local traffic, weather conditions and flight schedules.
• Please share your arrival and departure flight details after booking.
• Guests should confirm their preferred hotel room configuration when booking.
• Comfortable walking shoes and suitable clothing are recommended for sightseeing.
• The itinerary involves walking at historical monuments, forts and other attractions, some of which have stairs or uneven surfaces.
• Airport transfers and sightseeing on arrival and departure days depend on flight timings.

Important Note – Taj Mahal Friday Closure

The Taj Mahal is closed to visitors every Friday. If your scheduled itinerary places the Taj Mahal visit on a Friday, Holiday Tours And Travels will adjust the route to Delhi → Jaipur → Agra → Delhi, allowing you to visit the Taj Mahal on an alternative day. The revised sightseeing sequence will be coordinated in advance while retaining the main attractions included in your tour.
