Important Information Before Booking

• Passport Details: Full name as per passport, passport number, nationality, gender and date of birth are required for train reservations. Passport expiry details may also be requested. Travelers must carry valid identification during the journey.
• Train Travel: The tour includes AC train tickets for Delhi–Agra, Agra–Jaipur and Jaipur–Delhi. Train schedules, classes and seat availability are subject to Indian Railways confirmation.
• Taj Mahal: The Taj Mahal remains closed to visitors every Friday.
• Sightseeing: The itinerary may be adjusted according to train schedules, monument opening hours, traffic and local conditions.

Booking Options

• Option 1: AC train tickets only. Transfers, sightseeing, guides and accommodation are not included.
• Option 2: AC train tickets, private transfers, sightseeing and local guides in Agra and Jaipur. Accommodation is not included.
• Option 3: Option 2 services plus 3 nights in 3-star hotels with breakfast.
• Option 4: Option 2 services plus 3 nights in 4-star hotels with breakfast.

Transportation & Accommodation

• Private transportation is provided only with Options 2, 3 and 4.
• Vehicle allocation: 1–3 travelers in a sedan; 4–6 travelers in an Innova or similar vehicle, subject to availability.
• Hotel accommodation is provided on double/twin or triple-sharing basis for Options 3 and 4.
• For three travelers, one triple-sharing room or a double room with an extra bed may be arranged, depending on hotel facilities.

Accessibility & Other Information

• Some monuments involve walking, stairs and uneven surfaces. The tour may not be fully wheelchair accessible.
• Travelers with mobility restrictions or special assistance requirements should contact us before booking.
• Monument entrance fees, lunches, dinners, tips and personal expenses are excluded.
• Please review the inclusions of your selected option carefully before confirming your booking.
