• For three guests, a triple-sharing room may be provided with an extra bed or mattress, depending on the property.

Vehicle Arrangements

Transportation is arranged according to the number of guests and the accommodation package selected.

• Smaller groups may travel by sedan or SUV.
• Larger groups may travel by an Innova Crysta or Tempo Traveller.
• The exact vehicle category depends on group size, selected package and availability.
• Vehicles are allocated according to the confirmed booking option. Specific vehicle models are not guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed.

Weather & Seasonal Conditions

• Weather in Kashmir can change quickly, particularly during winter and in mountainous areas such as Gulmarg and Pahalgam.
• Snowfall, heavy rain, road closures or local restrictions may affect sightseeing routes and travel times.
• The itinerary may need to be adjusted for safety or operational reasons.
