        1. Travel Documents

        • A valid passport/ID proof is required for train travel and hotel check-ins.
        • For international travellers, a valid visa for India is mandatory.

        2. Train & Transport

        • Vande Bharat train tickets are booked in advance; seat preferences are subject to availability.
        • Private AC vehicle will be provided for all sightseeing and intercity transfers as per itinerary.

        3. Weather & Clothing

        • Delhi, Jaipur, and Agra can be warm (light cottons recommended), while Kashmir can be cold (carry warm layers, especially from Oct–Apr).
        • Comfortable walking shoes are advised for monuments and hill stations.

        4. Health & Altitude

        • Kashmir destinations like Gulmarg and Sonmarg are at higher altitudes; travellers with respiratory or cardiac issues should consult their doctor before booking.

        5. Meals

        • Daily breakfast and Dinner is included; lunch are at your own expense unless specified.
        • Vegetarian, vegan, and special dietary requests should be informed at booking time.

        6. Sightseeing & Entry Fees

        • Monument and attraction entry fees are not included unless specified.
        • Photography fees (where applicable) are extra.

        7. Accommodation

        • Hotels are booked in 3-star / 3* Deluxe  / 4-star and 5-star categories as per your package selection.
        • Room type is based on Double/ twin and Triple sharing unless otherwise requested.

        8. Local Culture & Etiquette

        • In religious places (temples, mosques, shrines), modest clothing is required.
        • Shoes must be removed before entering certain sacred sites.

        9. Safety & Security

        • Always keep valuables secure during travel.
        • Follow local guide instructions, especially in crowded areas and at high-altitude spots.

        10. Booking & Cancellation Policy

        • Advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
        • Cancellation charges apply as per the company’s policy and train ticket rules.
